Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any point. Once your subscription is canceled you will no longer be charged, however, your site will not be online. We keep your site files for one year after cancellation in case you want your site online again!

While we strive to offer the best experience, we understand that needs can change. If you decide to move your website to a different platform, we will provide you with the necessary files and data to facilitate a smooth migration process.
However, it’s important to note that BallerSite templates are exclusively tailored for use within the BallerSite platform. In consideration of this exclusivity, there will be a licensing fee of $999 to grant you permission to utilize the site files outside of our platform.
Or one time set up fee of $99 is charged to start your site. Once your site is online your subscription plan is billed on a regular basis (monthly or annually), as specified in your agreement. We offer convenient payment methods to ensure a hassle-free experience.
