We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your hosting subscription. Please review our Hosting Cancellation Policy below:
1. Cancellation Process
- To cancel your hosting, you must submit a cancellation request via [email or customer portal] at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
- Your website will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle unless you request immediate termination.
2. Refund Policy
- Monthly Hosting ($14.99/month): No refunds are issued for partially used months. Once a payment has been processed, your hosting remains active until the end of the billing period.
- Annual Domain Renewal ($24.99/year): Domain registration fees are non-refundable once processed. You will retain ownership of your domain for the remainder of the paid period.
3. Impact of Cancellation
- Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of your billing period.
- You will lose access to your website files, data, and customization unless a backup request is made before cancellation.
- Your domain name remains yours until its expiration. You may transfer it to another provider if needed.
4. Reactivation Policy
- If you wish to reactivate your website after cancellation, you may do so within 30 days of cancellation. A $25 reactivation fee will apply.
- If more than 30 days have passed, a new hosting subscription is required, and previous site data may no longer be retrievable.
